TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery in Chisinau:
Every day from 9:30 to 21:00
Delivery cost: 80 lei in case the price of the order is less than 1000 lei. In case the price of the order is more than 1000 lei – delivery in Chisinau is Free.
Nighttime / Exact time.
The cost of the service (200 lei) is added to the cost of the order. The order value does not matter. Check with the manager the possibility of night delivery or delivery to the exact time: +373 79 130 130
Delivery in Moldova:
Every day from 10:00 to 21:00
The cost of delivery depends on the distance from our store. When placing an order on our website, specify the city of delivery and the system will calculate the cost automatically. The cost of delivery in Moldova is ~ 8 lei per km.
If you need delivery at the exact time, please, contact our manager. We will try to place an order at a time that’s convenient for you.
Orders placed on the website are carried out in time intervals.
Delivery intervals in Chisinau: 2-3 hours (from 9:00-11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 there may be delays due to traffic).

The cost of delivery in Moldova is calculated after choosing the city of delivery. Delivery price rate is ~8 lei per km.
On holidays like February 13-14, March 7-8, Mother’s Day, New Year, delivery to the specified time is not carried out. You can specify the preferred delivery time, we will try to take it into account, but it all depends on the workload of our courier service.
PAYMENT
1. GENERAL TERMS
This website is owned by TIM & CO SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as “Rules and Conditions”), presented below.
Using the website www.frida.md implies the acceptance of the Rules and Conditions proposed by TIM & CO SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law No. 105/2003 on consumer rights protection and other regulations adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to change these Rules and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.frida.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders. Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing products ordered by you, promotional campaigns, Google analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions set by Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.
We employ commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer; thus, the Buyer does so at their own risk.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by payment card – upon receipt of the order, you will receive a tax receipt confirming payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card as a payment instrument, allowing online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to buyer authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure redirects the user when making a payment to a secure maib page, where each cardholder’s authentication is performed by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. This information is transmitted with all necessary security measures. The information is encrypted and stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
For payment, the following details will be requested:
* o Card number (16 digits)
* o Expiry date (month and year)
* o CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
* o Name and surname on the payment card
All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldovan lei). If the currency of the transaction differs from the payment currency, the conversion of the transaction amount is made at the card transaction rate on the settlement day of the issuing bank.
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES
After placing an order, the buyer is provided with information about the estimated date of order handover by couriers/delivery service.
Delivery in the Chisinau region is carried out within 3 hours from the moment of order confirmation by our operators. Delivery takes place from 2 o’clock in the afternoon to 24 o’clock and is free for orders amounting to at least 1000 MDL. For orders costing less, delivery is charged 80 MDL (in Chisinau) (which will be included in the total deal/order amount). Delivery throughout Moldova is calculated separately depending on the distance of the populated area.
Delivery across the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out from 3 to 24 hours, depending on the delivery time chosen on the website, from the moment of order confirmation by our operators.
The delivery period may be extended in certain cases (e.g., adverse weather conditions, public holiday periods, unforeseen technical glitches, etc.). We will inform you if we encounter one of the aforementioned situations.
You can choose any delivery address – home, office, or any other address, without additional payments. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of a tax receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims on these issues will not be accepted.
5. RETURN POLICY
According to the concept of Law No. 105-XV of 13.03.2013 on consumer rights protection, the Buyer has the right to return the product/goods purchased for specific reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. Funds are returned to the card with which the purchase was made. If the selected colors/compositions are not on the website, the buyer has the right to request a full or partial refund. The refund is made to the card with which the payment was made.
Cut flowers and decor elements (items that were initially subjected to changes, are not subject to return or exchange, in accordance with Appendix No.2 to the Government Decision No.1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003) in the version of the Government Decision No.1188 of 11.02.2007 (MO175/ 11.09.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith based on and in accordance with legal norms. Personal data processing is carried out using mixed methods (automatic and manual) while complying with legislative requirements and ensuring safety, confidentiality, and the observance of data subjects’ rights.
The provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, providing access to information, particularly for order deliveries or communication with the consumer for delivery purposes. Thanks to this information, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes personal data of users and consumers provided when viewing, using, and registering on the website www.frida.md.
Any information provided by users and consumers of the website www.frida.md will be considered and will represent direct consent for the Provider to use personal data.
The Provider will not disclose any available data to third parties without the consent of data subjects and will not trade, exchange, or disclose this data to other parties, except as provided by current legislation (upon request from state authorities, legal entities, courts, and also those authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical purposes and further promotion.
The service provider complies with personal data safety requirements, ensuring consumer data protection and safeguarding it from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification, or disclosure to third parties.
Service provider employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of consumer personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by the authorized person of the Provider.
The Provider uses methods and technologies of security in accordance with current legislation.
The Provider does not collect transaction-related information, such as card number, expiration date, country of origin.
